You build a relationship with one specialist, not a rotating cast of strangers. If a substitution is ever unavoidable — illness, leave, an emergency — we tell you in advance, before the visit, never as a surprise at the door.
Proof policy
No job closes without proof. No proof, no invoice.
Every job ends with a photo or video and, where money changed hands, the vendor's receipt. If we can't show it happened, we don't bill for it — and every incident, big or small, gets a written report the same day, whether or not you ask for one.
The money we refuse
Our no-commission pledge
Poso does not take commissions, kickbacks or markups from the plumbers, electricians, technicians or vendors we work with. When a job costs ₹1,850, you pay ₹1,850 — the vendor's receipt is the proof, attached to every invoice.
Our fee is the flat monthly plan, stated up front. It is not padded by what we spend on your behalf. That's the whole pledge, and it's published here so you can hold us to it.
